baffling things
1. at work, we were loaned a book from the library of a correctional facility. i didn't even know prisons had libraries that did ILL. (i think we have borrowed books from basically every government institution that has them.)
2. why does the royal mail send us packages wrapped in GIANT BLUE BAGS MADE OF TARP? and what are we supposed to do with them? (previous re-uses: concealing the fact that the office fridge is full of beer.)
3. TPTB made us switch to a different shipping service. the virtual address book (also provided by TPTB) is missing several of the libraries we regularly ship to. why? and when will the co-worker who knows more about shipping be back so i can bug him about this?
4. why is humidity?
5. why is parker dressed like a nun?
6. why is cheese so tasty? i have recently discovered those babybel snack sized cheese things, and om nom nom.
